Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Responsibilities:
Assist in recruitment activities, which include but not limited to screening applicants, administering exams and job postings
In charge of updating and managing 201 files and employee data base
Provides prompt response to employee concerns
Assists in time-keeping and benefits administration
Performs related task that may be assigned from time to time
